However, AC Services Sharjah reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any confirmed booking in case of unavoidable circumstances such as a sudden increase in demand, emergency technical issues, or public holidays. To ensure smooth operations, customers are advised to be present at the premises at the scheduled time. Missed appointments may incur additional fees depending on the distance or technician availability.
We accept payments through various modes including cash, bank transfer, and UAE-accepted digital payment options. Payment is due immediately after completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. In cases where advanced equipment or parts are required, an upfront deposit may be requested.

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and only for valid reasons such as service failure, part replacement issues, or double billing. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days of service completion. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method.
